In Wateringse Veld, on an old gardeners' avenue, Dutch Housing Company has developed and realised a small-scale and exclusive new construction project with five detached villas. The villas stand on an island, with parking on private property. The mansions and country houses have a warm and classic feel. Residents had the opportunity to put together their own villa design with many different layout and extension options.
