O projeto \u00e9 uma colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre a ONW, a Prefeitura de Westland, a Dutch Housing Company e a Giesbers. Na quarta-feira, 6 de julho, o in\u00edcio da constru\u00e7\u00e3o foi comemorado festivamente com os futuros moradores e profissionais envolvidos. O vereador Michiel Ferwerda bateu a primeira estaca simb\u00f3lica do projeto junto com os moradores de uma maneira cl\u00e1ssica.<\/p>\n<p>Long Island \u00e9 um dos mais belos projetos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o nova no desenvolvimento da \u00e1rea de Waelpark em 's-Gravenzande. As vilas residenciais est\u00e3o localizadas em uma ilha, perto de Plas van Alle Winden, e todas ter\u00e3o seu pr\u00f3prio ancoradouro para um saveiro. Long Island est\u00e1 diretamente conectada \u00e0 hidrovia de Westland por meio do Poelwatering.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inspirado nos novos Hamptons<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O projeto de Long Island \u00e9 dos arquitetos Mulleners + Mulleners, de Haarlem. O projeto urbano \u00e9 uma bela ilha com lotes espa\u00e7osos conectados \u00e0 vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 \u00e1gua.
