2025 Dutch Housing Company came 3rd in development company Ons Nieuwe Westland's tender for development field 4 in the Waelpolder area development in Westland.<\/p>\n

Together with Giesbers Develop and Build for the realisation, KOW Architects for the design, and ROGG for the landscape, we are particularly proud of the design. Notting Hill is a development with a strong distinctive identity. A programme with 20 townhouses and 47 flats, semi-underground parking and a beautiful courtyard garden \u00e0 la Notting Hill. A beautiful nature inclusive design to strengthen and connect with the greenery and nature in the immediate vicinity and to enhance biodiversity.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
