Energy-neutral villas in the heart of Leidsche Rijn
On Parkzichtlaan in Leidsche Rijn, Dutch Housing Company won the tender issued by the municipality of Utrecht. On this site, 10 highly sustainable detached villas for people interested in healthy living and low energy bills will be built. "Small and special" is how architect Ton Mulleners of Mulleners + Mulleners architects characterises the Parkzichtlaan project. "The ten houses in the villa neighbourhood lined by greenery and water clearly stand on their own two feet and form a nice coherent whole." As the villas are surrounded by greenery and are visible from all sides, Mulleners designed all sides of the houses as fronts.
