2025 Dutch Housing Company came 3rd in development company Ons Nieuwe Westland's tender for development field 4 in the Waelpolder area development in Westland.
Together with Giesbers Develop and Build for the realisation, KOW Architects for the design, and ROGG for the landscape, we are particularly proud of the design. Notting Hill is a development with a strong distinctive identity. A programme with 20 townhouses and 47 flats, semi-underground parking and a beautiful courtyard garden à la Notting Hill. A beautiful nature inclusive design to strengthen and connect with the greenery and nature in the immediate vicinity and to enhance biodiversity.
