All villas in the beautiful Long Island project have now been sold. Amid great interest, the first phase went on sale last October. After a very successful sales launch, sales of the second phase started in December and all villas in phase 2 have now also been sold. It will be one of the most beautiful places to live in Westland and we are extremely enthusiastic and grateful for the great interest in Long Island.

Meanwhile, preparations for the construction of phase 1 are already in full swing. Land preparation works are on schedule to start construction of phase 1 before the summer. Construction of phase 2 will start later this year and prognosis for completion of the first villas on Long Island is mid-2023.
