Villawijk Long Island 's-Gravenzande was inspired by the rich architecture of The Hamptons near New York. The 33 villas are now all inhabited and the first sloops are already moored at beautifully landscaped gardens to enjoy a boat ride. Together with the residents, Dutch Housing Company and Giesbers Ontwikkelen en Bouwen celebrated the completion. In which, fortunately, the sun showed itself at exactly the right moment.
The design is by Ton Mulleners. Villas with large windows with plenty of light and characteristic elements. These include beautifully designed bay windows, verandas and white wooden garden fences in the front gardens.
