In addition to our projects in the Netherlands, Dutch Housing Company actively develops in Brazil. This is how we bring together years of professional experience, nature-inclusive design and quality policy with the dynamics of a rapidly growing market with beautiful locations.

LAGO Eco Lotes Ceará

LAGO Eco Lotes Ceará is a nature-inclusive development with over 300 exclusive plots on Brazil's northeast coast. Respecting scenic qualities - lagoons, dunes and trade winds - we create a place where architecture, nature and everyday comfort reinforce each other. An investment with quality of life as its return.

A picture-perfect location where you feel naturally connected to nature and the landscape. Located on the shores of the vast lake LAGOMAR Cauipe. Close to Cumbuco and 5 minutes away from Barra do Cauipe. The lagoon where world champion kitesurfers show off their skills to.

A project where urban planning is in harmony with nature. The landscape itself with its stunning views was the starting point for the design of the master plan. And this is reflected in the quality of LAGO - eco lotes Ceará.
